The dehydration of transformer oil equipment removes the oil’s water by vacuum separation technology. Under high vacuum, the oil evaporates quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the additives inside the oil are not affected by the heating temperature causing secondary damage. The mixture formed by the evaporated water vapor and light hydrocarbons enters the water and gas separation device, the water under precipitation is directly discharged, the water vapor and non-condensable gas enter the vacuum buffer chamber, the cooled water is directly discharged, and the non-condensable gas is discharged by the vacuum pump. After dewatering and degassing, the oil completes a working cycle under the action of the oil pump.
