DVTP-80 Portable Oil Filtration units
In June of this year, an Egyptian client reached out to us to order two DVTP-80 portable oil filtration units. Discussions regarding these units had been ongoing for quite some time; the client first contacted us in 2024 and subsequently issued a purchase order in January 2025. However, due to unforeseen developments, the transformer maintenance project was postponed, and the order was put on hold.
This year, the client resumed the project. As the equipment needed to be transported via air freight, we were required to customize its dimensions. After consulting with our freight forwarder, we set the final height of the units at 1.65 meters. This necessitated a structural redesign to ensure that the equipment’s processing capacity, as well as its dehydration and degassing performance, remained uncompromised. Through the dedicated efforts of our engineering team, we successfully updated the design: the vacuum degassing tank of the customized DVTP-80 oil filtration units were made shorter but longer, ensuring that the total volume of the vacuum chamber remained unchanged.
Upon completion, the oil purification units underwent factory testing, where they met all design specifications, allowing for timely delivery.
