ASSEN BF Stainless Steel Bag Filter
The ASSEN stainless steel bag filter is a pressure-type general-purpose solid-liquid separation device, consisting of a filter housing, quick-open sealing cover, stainless steel support basket, high-precision filter bag, and inlet/outlet piping. The main body is fabricated from 304/316L stainless steel with finely polished inner and outer surfaces, offering corrosion resistance and easy cleaning in compliance with hygienic production standards for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The product line includes single-bag and multi-bag configurations (2–24 bags), customizable to actual flow rates, filtration precision, and material characteristics—providing suitable filtration equipment from small-scale laboratory R&D to large-scale continuous industrial production.
Core Advantages
1. Superior Filtration Precision and High Interception Efficiency
Filtration precision ranges from 0.5 μm to 300 μm, effectively intercepting fine particles, suspended solids, colloids, and other impurities. The filter bag offers a large filtration area and high dirt-holding capacity, with a single bag providing an effective filtration area of up to 0.25–6 m². Compared with cartridge filters of the same volume, flow capacity is increased by 3–5 times, with filtration efficiency exceeding 99%.
2. Sealed and Leak-Proof, Safe and Environmentally Friendly
A flange compression sealing structure, combined with high-elasticity dedicated sealing rings and the filter bag collar, provides double leak protection against bag bypass and housing leakage. Fully enclosed operation prevents material volatilization and leakage, improving the production environment and meeting hygienic requirements for food and pharmaceutical applications.
3. Quick-Open Design, Time and Labor Saving
The top quick-open mechanism (clamp, lever, or bolt type) allows bag removal and replacement within 30 seconds without special tools. Each bag change takes only minutes, minimizing downtime and improving overall production line efficiency.
4. Low Operating Cost, Economical Consumables
The device has no complex moving parts and few failure points. Filter bags are economical and can be washed and reused, with consumable costs only 1/3–1/2 that of conventional cartridges. Routine maintenance requires only seal inspection and periodic bag replacement, offering significant cost advantages over cartridge filters.
5. Corrosion and Temperature Resistance, Wide Adaptability
The stainless steel body resists acids, alkalis, high temperatures, and oxidation, making it suitable for corrosive material filtration. The device withstands pressures of 0.1–1.0 MPa and temperatures up to 150°C. Bag materials include polypropylene, polyester, nylon, and PTFE to meet various temperature, pH, and corrosivity requirements.
