Analysis of Transformer Oil Filtration Procedure
Preparation
1.Connect hoses between the inlet valve of the oil filtration machine to the outlet port (usually at bottom) of the oil tank, the outlet valve of the purifier machine to the inlet port (usually at top) of the oil tank.
2.Open the drain valve of condenser, close the drain valve until the liquid in the condenser is drained.
3.Connect the power (3p, three-wire 380V/50Hz power supply and ground wire to the terminal block), and open circuit breakers. You will see the green power indicator light.
4.Turn on the vacuum pump, and check if the oil level of vacuum pump and roots pump is within the allowable range.
5.Set the operating parameters(heating temperature @65℃, running vacuum value @-0.08Mpa, etc)
Transformer Oil Filtration Procedure-Operation
1.Open the inlet valve, circulation valve.
2.Turn on the vacuum pump.
3.Pay attention to the foam level in the degassing chamber when the purifier is in operation early. When the foam level is higher than the center of the sight glass, the air valve should be partially opened until the foam level is below the sight glass. But with our current DVTP transformer oil filtration process machine with automatic de-foaming function, you don’t need to do this step.
4.Turn on the heaters as needed.
5.When the machine starts to cycle, the running part of the operation has already been completed. If the machine detects an abnormality, it will display an error message on the screen, and troubleshoot and solve the problem according to the information.
6.When filling oil from the oil tank, connect the oil pipe first, then use the high vacuum transformer oil filtration device to circulate the oil temperature, and clean the oil purifier itself. Next, flush the oil lines with hot oil. Finally, clean the inside of the tank. It is worth noting that the oil used for flushing should be stored separately and marked. Avoid confusion with transformer oil.
Stop the machine
1.Close the heater
2.Close the vacuum pump
3.Open the discharge pump for draining
4.Observe that the pointer of the vacuum gauge returns to 0Mpa, and close the air valve and the oil outlet valve.
5.Power off the device.
