DVTP Series Double-stage Transformer Oil Filtering Machine is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matter, etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost the performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inducts, cable, and capacitors which have insulation system. DVTP series specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer.

Features
Use ASSEN patented T model advanced degassing and dehydration system, built-in secondary evaporation barrier, which can increase the contact area of oil film, quickly separate water and gas in oil, and the efficiency is twice that of similar products
High-grade β precision filter material, the filter element is large in volume, better storage capacity and service life is long.
Short filtering process time, two-stage high vacuum and high pumping speed can quickly and efficiently remove the water vapor in the oil, so that the drying degree of the oil and the breakdown voltage value can be greatly improved.
Interlocked protection system which will avoid overload. over voltage, pumping without oil, heating without oil, oil leak, electricity leak and prevent any damages to equipment due to operating error or power failure.

ASSEN warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twenty-six (26) months from the date of shipment or twenty-four (24) months after the start-up of the system. ASSEN’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within the warranty period.
