Referring to this three contaminants, the transformer oil purification generally goes through the stages

Filtration (oil filtration)

De-humidification (removal of moisture), and

De-gasification (dissolved gas dissolution)

And how to determine when the machine is running the water vapor generated by the vacuum or decreased due to the machine itself sealing problems, with leak it?

For the above questions, here we can do
1.we can only start the vacuum pump, if the vacuum degree of machine at this time is not high, it probably the purifier’s leakage problem.
2.we can check the vacuum pump’s running, to see if low speed? And check the vacuum oil if is deterioration. Replaced the new vacuum oil, if the vacuum pump is still low speed, there may be the problem on vacuum pump’s. then we should replace the whole pump.
3.If there are leaks in other parts of the machine, how could we to find them?
a. Closed all the external valve and injecting pressure in it, using detergent water to brush all sealing parts or welding paces, a careful look where there is bubbling, and if so, then this place is a leak. If the flange is leaking, we can tighten the screws, or replace the pads. If the O-ring’s connection wire teeth is broken, we can unload it, re-painted sealant, and install a new O-ring. If there is leakage point of the weld, if small, we can use high-performance industrial adhesive, or with a nail beating around the patch, if you really leak a lot of places, you need to welding again.
